AdMedia is a fast growing online advertising media company. We are searching for an accomplished Yield Manager with exceptional analytical skills to oversee yield optimization and best practices for AdMedia's clients. The Yield Manager will work directly with our clients as well as with Tech, Affiliate, Media Operations, and Business Development teams to understand and implement campaign requirements on the front-end, guide optimization within and across campaigns to meet client objectives, and translate the resulting performance and insights back to our clients.

The primary focus of this role is to develop and oversee the implementation of AdMedia's programmatic selling strategy with the ultimate goal of significantly growing revenue in this space. This person will also work closely with management to provide executive level reporting on key metrics of the business, including volume, pricing, yield and overall performance. Additionally, the Yield Manager will be proactive in identifying and taking action to address potential opportunities and foreseeing issues with processes and systems.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ad Serving Execution: Strategic oversight of DFP and a proprietary ad platform to manage a diverse ad product suite that includes display, audio, video, and rich media ads across web and mobile devices.
  • Ad Operations: Oversee inventory management and forecasting, pricing, and yield optimization to maximize revenue for AdMedia
  • Analytics: Manage sales analytics and reporting to enable the business to operate transparently and efficiently.
  • Finance: May work closely with accounting to ensure accurate reporting and timely invoicing.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Online Display & Mobile Advertising Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of online ad operations experience with at least two (2) in an operational leadership role; Must have an understanding of CPM, CPC and CPA models.
  • Experienced Ad Operations Professional: A deep understanding of online and mobile ad serving along with ad product management across display and video is required.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze performance data to drive campaign recommendation and troubleshoot issues; Excel pivot tables and MySQL a HUGE plus; and experience with CRM systems.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree from a four year college/university or equivalent.
